Walk it
We walk the line with an IR gun — temperatures, sizes, access, what is bare and what is soaked. You leave with a written price and the energy math, no obligation.
Fabricate
Sections cut, covers sewn, jacketing rolled and cut on our own benches before anyone touches your line. Shop hours, not plant downtime.
Install
Insulation banded on, joints staggered and sealed, jacket screwed off with the laps facing the weather. Cold work — most jobs need no hot permit.
Hand over
ID tags on every run, before-and-after surface temperatures, and a savings sheet for whoever signs the gas bill. The site leaves clean.
Most of the work installs with the line hot and running. Tie-ins and removable covers schedule around your shutdowns — tell us your turnaround window and we plan to it.
