We are the industrial and mechanical insulation side of the CJM family. Our work connects fabrication in the shop with careful fit-up around the equipment you operate.
The details have to fit the equipment.
Jackets, removable covers and insulation have to work around fittings, openings and the parts your maintenance team needs to reach. We discuss those details as part of the scope.

Know what your insulation project includes.
Non-asbestos removal
We remove non-asbestos insulation. Suspected asbestos needs separate testing and, when necessary, a licensed abatement contractor before our insulation work begins.
Insulation around your system
Pipe repair, welding, pressure testing and electric heat-trace installation are separate scopes. We coordinate insulation around work completed by those trades.
A plan for your facility
Access, operating temperatures, site rules and maintenance windows are reviewed with your team. Material and installation details are confirmed for the project.
Getting started is simple
1. Walk it
We walk the line with an IR gun — temperatures, sizes, access, what is bare and what is soaked. You leave with a written price and the energy math, no obligation.
2. Fabricate
Sections cut, covers sewn, jacketing rolled and cut on our own benches before anyone touches your line. Shop hours, not plant downtime.
3. Install
Insulation banded on, joints staggered and sealed, jacket screwed off with the laps facing the weather. Cold work — most jobs need no hot permit.
4. Hand over
ID tags on every run, before-and-after surface temperatures, and a savings sheet for whoever signs the gas bill. The site leaves clean.

Is the calculator a final quote?
It is an indicative estimate. Scope, site conditions and materials are confirmed in your quote.
